(JMD) and associates are an experienced team of national and international program/project development consultants and management experts, civil, electrical, mechanical and environmental engineers, economists, planners, architects, land surveyors, transport economists, facilitators and trainers, with extensive collective expertise in training, capacity building and organization development, (i.e., maximizing the performance of people, resources and systems) institution building, agriculture, commercial and residential construction, policy analysis and integrated community development. The firm was established in 1980, and presently provides consulting services to clients from its office in Vancouver and Williams Lake, British Columbia, Canada, USA and South Africa.
The Company focus on technology transfers, community development, infrastructure planning, joint ventures, capital and finance integration, Government to Government venture funding and engineering and environmental consulting services.
The company and its international associates has offices in South Africa, USA, Middle East, India and UK.
